CYTH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,914 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAV1, INPP5D, and DEF6. Each is linked with CYTH2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH2-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYTH2 versus VAV1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
