Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,319 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYTH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MANF, FAM20B, and PRRG2. Each is linked with CYTH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH2-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYTH2 versus MANF in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.91.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
