CYTH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 979 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOLPP1, GOLGA1, and NDUFAF1. Each is linked with CYTH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH2-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOLPP1 grouped by CYTH2-low versus CYTH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
