Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CYTH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH2-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH2 results are reported.
