Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYTH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,717 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYTH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Endosomal transport, and Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with CYTH2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH2-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macroautophagy grouped by CYTH2-low versus CYTH2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
