Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYTH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BHLHA9, PROP1, and MORN5. Each is linked with CYTH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH2-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH2 results are reported.
