Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYTH1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYTH1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CYTH1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYTH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and UCS are the cancer types where CYTH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
