Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYSTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,808 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYSTM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RUFY1, CLINT1, and RBM47. Each is linked with CYSTM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-CYSTM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYSTM1 versus RUFY1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYSTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYSTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
