Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYSTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,330 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYSTM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation by microtubule organizing center, Positive regulation of tyrosine phosphorylation of STAT protein, and Apoptotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with CYSTM1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-CYSTM1 results are reported.
