Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYSRT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,212 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYSRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBOF1, C2orf91, and SNRPEP9. Each is linked with CYSRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYSRT1-to-partner and partner-to-CYSRT1 results are reported.
