Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYSRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 251 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYSRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01050, TRBV14, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with CYSRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYSRT1-to-partner and partner-to-CYSRT1 results are reported.
