CYSLTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYSLTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYSLTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf69P1, KRTAP19-8, and LINC00534. Each is linked with CYSLTR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYSLTR2-to-partner and partner-to-CYSLTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2orf69P1 grouped by CYSLTR2-low versus CYSLTR2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYSLTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYSLTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
