The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher CYSLTR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYSLTR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CHOL, LUAD, and CESC are the cancer types where CYSLTR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
