CYREN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYREN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 185 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYREN-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM236A, RNU6-34P, and DHODH. Each is linked with CYREN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYREN-to-partner and partner-to-CYREN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM236A grouped by CYREN-low versus CYREN-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYREN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYREN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
