CYP7B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP7B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,220 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP7B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS1, MOCS2, and NIPA1. Each is linked with CYP7B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP7B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP7B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAUS1 grouped by CYP7B1-low versus CYP7B1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP7B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP7B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
