Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP7B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP7B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP1-4, MS4A12, and OR4C3. Each is linked with CYP7B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP7B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP7B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP1-4 grouped by CYP7B1-low versus CYP7B1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP7B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP7B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
