Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP51A1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,750 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP51A1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LOXL2, FKBP14, and FLT1. Each is linked with CYP51A1P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP51A1P2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP51A1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP51A1P2 versus LOXL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP51A1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP51A1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
