Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP51A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,439 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP51A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FDFT1, HMGCS1, and IL4I1. Each is linked with CYP51A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP51A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP51A1 results are reported.
