CYP51A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP51A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,358 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP51A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAK3, TMEM97, and ACAT2. Each is linked with CYP51A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP51A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP51A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP51A1 versus JAK3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP51A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP51A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
