Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP51A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,385 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP51A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sterol biosynthetic process, Secondary alcohol biosynthetic process, and Cholesterol biosynthetic process via desmosterol. Each is linked with CYP51A1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP51A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP51A1 results are reported.
