CYP4V2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP4V2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP4V2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA7, PRAMEF18, and AVP. Each is linked with CYP4V2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4V2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4V2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA7 grouped by CYP4V2-low versus CYP4V2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4V2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4V2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
