Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP4F35P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYP4F35P data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CYP4F35P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP4F35P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and UCEC are the cancer types where CYP4F35P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
