Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4F35P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4F35P-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK1, HMGXB4, and TNRC6B. Each is linked with CYP4F35P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4F35P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4F35P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPK1 grouped by CYP4F35P-low versus CYP4F35P-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4F35P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4F35P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
