Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4F32P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,993 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4F32P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of amide metabolic process. Each is linked with CYP4F32P in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4F32P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4F32P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
