Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP4F30P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYP4F30P data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CYP4F30P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP4F30P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where CYP4F30P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
