CYP4F3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4F3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,557 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP4F3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL8, NAMPT, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with CYP4F3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4F3-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4F3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4F3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4F3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
