Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP4F11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYP4F11 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CYP4F11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP4F11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SARC show a favorable association.
BLCA, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where CYP4F11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
