Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4A44P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,999 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4A44P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGAM1_S31, PHC3, and TLN1_S2040. Each is linked with CYP4A44P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4A44P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4A44P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP4A44P versus PGAM1_S31 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4A44P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4A44P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
