Q-omics provides the consensus-scored CYP4A26P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. CYP4A26P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, CYP4A26P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, CYP4A26P RNA expression shows 9,493 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Together, these results highlight THYM, LUSC, and LUAD as cancer lineages where CYP4A26P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
