Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP4A22 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYP4A22 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CYP4A22 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP4A22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, PRAD, and LGG are the cancer types where CYP4A22 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
