Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4A22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,155 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4A22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO6, RBM42, and RCOR1_S127. Each is linked with CYP4A22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4A22-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4A22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP4A22 versus MYO6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4A22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4A22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
