CYP4A22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4A22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,083 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP4A22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP37, RNA5SP457, and H3P45. Each is linked with CYP4A22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4A22-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4A22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP37 grouped by CYP4A22-low versus CYP4A22-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4A22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4A22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
