The most reproducible CYP4A22-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with CYP4A22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4A22-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4A22 results are reported.
