Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP4A22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 982 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP4A22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lauric acid metabolic process, Cilium movement, and tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation. Each is linked with CYP4A22 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4A22-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4A22 results are reported.
