Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP4A22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4A22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, PSG6, and FDCSP. Each is linked with CYP4A22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4A22-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4A22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by CYP4A22-low versus CYP4A22-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4A22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4A22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
