Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP46A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,468 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP46A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, PIK3IP1, and SOX10. Each is linked with CYP46A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP46A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP46A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP46A1 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP46A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP46A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
