CYP46A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP46A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP46A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, A-Raf_pS299, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with CYP46A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP46A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP46A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by CYP46A1-low versus CYP46A1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP46A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP46A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
