Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP46A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,209 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP46A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with CYP46A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP46A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP46A1 results are reported.
