CYP3A7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP3A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,411 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP3A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATL1, CKAP2L, and METTL6. Each is linked with CYP3A7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP3A7-to-partner and partner-to-CYP3A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PATL1 grouped by CYP3A7-low versus CYP3A7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP3A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP3A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
