Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP3A54P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYP3A54P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CYP3A54P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP3A54P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ESCA, LIHC, and CESC are the cancer types where CYP3A54P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
