Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP3A5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP3A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are INCENP, SPC25, and ATP5MC3. Each is linked with CYP3A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP3A5-to-partner and partner-to-CYP3A5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INCENP grouped by CYP3A5-low versus CYP3A5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP3A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP3A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
