CYP3A43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP3A43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,655 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP3A43-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH12P3, MCAT, and MIR520E. Each is linked with CYP3A43 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP3A43-to-partner and partner-to-CYP3A43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH12P3 grouped by CYP3A43-low versus CYP3A43-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP3A43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP3A43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
