CYP3A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP3A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,662 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP3A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CYP3A4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP3A4-to-partner and partner-to-CYP3A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process grouped by CYP3A4-low versus CYP3A4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP3A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP3A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
