CYP2W1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2W1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2W1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, ER-alpha_pS118, and 53BP1. Each is linked with CYP2W1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2W1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2W1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by CYP2W1-low versus CYP2W1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2W1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2W1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
