CYP2S1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2S1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,895 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2S1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDHD3, HSPB1_T143, and HSPD1. Each is linked with CYP2S1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2S1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP2S1 versus HDHD3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
