CYP2J2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2J2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2J2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk2_pT68, ERK2, and JNK2. Each is linked with CYP2J2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2J2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2J2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk2_pT68 grouped by CYP2J2-low versus CYP2J2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2J2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2J2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
