CYP2J2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2J2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2J2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOXF1, KRT37, and KLRF1. Each is linked with CYP2J2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2J2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2J2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RHOXF1 grouped by CYP2J2-low versus CYP2J2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2J2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2J2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
