CYP2F2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2F2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,332 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2F2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIP4, HDGFL3, and MYEF2. Each is linked with CYP2F2P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2F2P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2F2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP2F2P versus TRIP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2F2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2F2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
