CYP2F1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2F1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,714 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADM, CFAP20, and GOT1. Each is linked with CYP2F1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2F1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
