CYP2F1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2F1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,329 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRNP70, LENG8, and FAM160B2. Each is linked with CYP2F1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2F1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
